Are you a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a caring environment? We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team at our well-established nursing home in New Eltham, specializing in elderly and dementia care.
Role Details: *Shifts: 8AM - 8PM (Days) or 8PM - 8AM (Nights)
*Hours: 37.5 hours per week
*Pay Rate: £11.50 per hour
*Location: New Eltham
Key Responsibilities: *Providing high-quality personal care and support to residents
*Assisting with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, and mobility
*Supporting residents with dementia in a person-centered approach
*Promoting dignity, independence, and well-being
*Engaging residents in meaningful activities and companionship
*Working closely with the nursing team to ensure the best care
What We’re Looking For: *Previous experience in a care role (preferred but not essential)
*A caring and empathetic nature
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Good communication skills
*Willingness to undergo training and development
