Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a H&S Officer to join their team within this manufacturing site. The role will involve improving the H&S culture & ensuring all H&S compliance within the site.
Key Responsibilities:
*Being fully responsible for all aspect of the H&S for this manufacturing site
*To provide administrative support in terms of purchase orders, reports and action plans
*Represent the H&S Department at various meetings
*Compliance of H&S controls and standards on site & ensuring H&S communications are relevant and up-to-date
*Producing & providing feedback on all hazard reports & data analysis on H&S
*Produce reports using MS Excel and Word
*Champion of Risk Assessment methodology - Full Training will be given
Previous Experience:
*NEBOSH management General Certificate
*Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel Spreadsheets)
*Excellent communication skills
*Flexibility and able to perform a variety of duties
*Willingness to learn & grow & be able to work well in a team
This is a 40 hour a week site based / Monday to Friday role. Our client offers great working environment and good benefits package!
