Early Help Family Support Practitioner, Staffordshire
Pay rate to £22 per hour
Contract role
Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for experienced Early Help Family Support Practitioners in Staffordshire.
The role involves the following responsibilities, so you will need experience of all of these in a similar setting:
*Leading on early help assessments and plans
*Completing direct work with children and families
*Working together with social workers to support children in need, children on child protection plans and children in care
*Supporting on the completion of accurate documentation, reports and records relating to work you do with children, young people and their families
