Job Description:
*HRIS System Analyst
*£60,000 - £75,000 + annual bonus
*North Wales - 4 days remote working and 1 day a week in the office
Our client is currently looking for an HRIS System Analyst with a strong background in HR and a specialisation in compensation. You will play a key role designing, implementing and maintaining HRIS solutions to streamline compensation programs and support the reward team and other key stakeholder. You will also work with cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy and optimise HR systems and processes
Main Duties and responsibilities:
*Configure and maintain the HRIS to support compensation processes, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
*Gather business requirements and provide functional specifications to implementation partners.
*Conduct quality assurance testing to validate system developments before Total Reward team approval.
*Project management and oversee the system implementation
*Monitor data integrity and conduct regular audits to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
*Analyse reports to identify trends, create dashboards for stakeholders to help with strategic decisions while ensuring data privacy and security policies are followed
*Work with the wider team to ensure systems align with the business objectives, train HR staff on the compensation modules and provide user friendly support
Essential skills and requirements:
*Pervious experience working as a HRIS System Analyst with a focus on compensation implementation 
*Strong understanding of compensation processes, including annual salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus processing
*Understanding of Core HR data structure and management
*Proficiency in HRIS platforms ideally Oracle HCM or any major HRIS like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Beqom etc
*Advanced Excel and Power BI skills and experience with data visualization tools 
*Excellent project management and project delivery experience 
*Excellent stakeholder management skills, problem solving and interpersonal skills
