The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the business in achieving market-leading retention rates and should be confident in building rapport.
The salary is £26,117 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of a Retention Consultant:
*Contacting customers who are in the process of cancelling their cover and where applicable discuss their cancellation and potentially re-instate cover
*Helping customers discuss their renewal options, including amending their products
*Reviewing and contacting direct customers prior to their renewal to offer support
*Establishing relationships with intermediaries to support them with their renewal/retention-based queries
Key Skills and Experience of a Retention Consultant:
*You should be passionate about helping other and wanting to find a resolution
*Being confident in building rapport over the telephone and via email is required
*Ideally you will be interested in entering a career in Business Development
*You must be able to establish and maintain relationships and enjoy working in a team environment
*Having a key eye for detail is required
