Job Opportunity: Part-Time Dental Nurse (Tuesday’s & Wednesday’s)

Location: Esher (KT10)

Salary: up to £17 per hour (To Be Negotiated)
Responsibilities
*Preparing the surgeryEnsuring the surgery is ready for use, including setting up the treatment room and making sure all necessary supplies are available
*Sterilizing instrumentsDecontaminating instruments using a multi-stage process that may involve scrubbing, soaking, and autoclaving
*Assisting the dentistProviding support during procedures, such as passing instruments, removing saliva, and ensuring proper suction
*Maintaining patient recordsTaking notes during consultations and treatments, and collecting and maintaining dental and medical histories
*Educating patientsProviding oral health education and answering questions
*Maintaining a sterile environmentEnsuring the surgery is kept clean and tidy, and that health and safety policies are followed
*Managing suppliesOrdering dental supplies and managing stock
*Managing PPEEnsuring that all patient-facing staff have the necessary supplies, such as masks, gloves, and gowns
