Are you passionate about supporting children with complex needs? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Worthing, working with children aged 4-11.
About the Role:Position: Complex Needs Teaching Assistant *Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
*Location: Worthing
This school provides exceptional support for children with ADHD, autism, challenging behaviour, and medical conditions. All pupils have a healthcare plan, with some requiring tube feeding or personal care assistance.

Experience in care or education, supporting individuals with additional needs.

Your Responsibilities: *Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs.
*Assist with personal care, healthcare needs, and classroom activities.
*Work closely with teachers and healthcare professionals to support each child’s learning and well-being.
*Manage challenging behaviour with confidence and understanding.
