A leading construction company is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee the Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) aspects of major hospital and healthcare construction projects across the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the MEP design, planning, and delivery for healthcare construction projects.
*Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and international standards where applicable.
*Lead design review and coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly.
*Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control for all MEP works.
*Conduct risk assessments and ensure the highest standards of health & safety.
*Oversee subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed to specification and best practice.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in MEP project management within the hospital/healthcare construction sector.
*Background in main contracting, MEP consultancy or specialist MEP contracting.
*Strong knowledge of building regulations related to MEP systems in healthcare.
*International project experience is desirable.
*Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
