Senior Business Analyst 12 Month FTC | Customer Journey | Simplification | Process Improvement | Six Sigma | FinTech | Hybrid in London 2/3 days per week | £90,000-£95,000 + 20% bonus + benefits
PLEASE READ: Please only apply if you have proven experience of simplification, experience in projects that focus on customer onboarding/customer journey and lastly, experience in banking.

The role: You will beworking across multiple projects that all require process improvement and simplification for business’s needs to be strengthened using Six Sigma methodologies. These projects consist of Customer Onboarding/Customer Journey and Client Onboarding.
The skillset we are looking for:
*Educated to a degree level.
*Strong experience in business process improvement and simplification (essential).
*Financial Services experience (essential).
*Six Sigma qualification (essential).
*Strong experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
*Ability to elicit, analyse, document, and manage requirements end-to-end.
*Experience of working in Agile based projects (SCRUM/KANBAN) with ability to write high quality epics, features, and user stories.
*Ability to apply a repertoire of business analysis tools and techniques on projects, adapting the approach where required.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s most well-respected institutions who have heavily invested in technical improvements to ensure their business can provide an excellent service for their customers.
Although this is initially an FTC, there is a high chance this will go permanent due to the large volume of work my client can offer.
