Engineering Team Leader
Salary: £52,000+
Location: Chatham
We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Engineering Team Leader to work for a very large industrial manufacturing company based Chatham. The Engineering Team Leader will play a key role in the planning and organizing of the engineering department and engineers on site. The Engineering Team Leader will have 5 direct reports and will in be involved in both hands on engineering work and management duties. The ideal candidate needs to be multi skilled with a both electrical and mechanical skills.
Skills required for the Engineering Team Leader:
*Engineering Qualification in Electrical
*Experience in Managing a team of up to 5 engineers 
*Experienced in using RCA, Lean, continuous improvement experience 
*Willing to get Hands on 
*Experience with planning and organising in a manufacturing environment 
*Organising and planning experience
