Responsibilities:
Systems Implementation:
*Support in the implementation and management of Sage Intacct software.
*Lead implementation of Procure Wizard, P2D and WebExpenses ensuring new systems use Sage Intacct Chart of Accounts and dimensions.
*Provide training and support to team members on system usage and best practices.
Reporting:
*Support work on the Snowflake (data lake) implementation to ensure one version of the truth.
*Support in the design of reports for the business from Snowflake to ensure impactful dashboards and reports, presenting complex data in a clear and actionable format.
*Lead maintaining dashboards, creating extra reports once the 3rd party developers have finished and ensure training / adequate documentation.
Ad Hoc:
*Working closely with the Head of Finance and assisting on day to day finance systems related tasks
Requirements:
*Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in implementation of finance systems.
*Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities.
*Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
*Team Player: Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
