We’re looking for a resilient and compassionate Team Leader to provide specialist care for individuals with severe challenging behaviours. Join a dedicated team that makes a real difference every day.
The Role:
*Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs
*Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using positive behaviour support techniques
*Assist with daily activities, personal care, and emotional well-being
*Maintain accurate records and follow care plans tailored to each individual
*Work closely with a skilled team to create a safe and supportive environment
What We Offer:
*Pay: £13.76 - £15.25 per hour
*Hours: 42 hours per week
*Shift: Days and Night shifts available
*Specialist Training: Full training provided in behaviour management and crisis intervention

What You Need:
*Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviours (preferred but not essential)
*Strong communication, patience, and resilience
