Role overview:
Airwalk Reply consultants leverage their unique skills and experiences to successfully deliver projects, often within complex and highly regulated environments. Most of our projects drive change through cutting-edge technology, and what distinguishes us is our ability to integrate end-to-end thinking with technical expertise. We collaborate with our clients at every stage of their journey, from business case development and solution design to programme delivery, and the design and implementation of target operating models and service management.
Due to an expanding client list, we are looking for delivery-focused consultants to strengthen our team. You will usually focus on one client at a time, with engagements typically lasting from 3-12 months. Delivery consultants typically steer teams of business analysts, architects, and engineers, often combining Airwalk and Reply consultants with client resources. Your role is to work with stakeholders to identify and advocate for the most appropriate delivery methodologies for each project, and to model best practices in delivery management and continuous improvement. We embrace and promote an Agile and DevOps culture and have developed a reputation for adapting our delivery approach to meet the regulatory and governance requirements of our clients. Beyond this delivery expertise, we go further for our clients by injecting momentum, identifying and addressing potential risks, and highlighting and championing opportunities to deliver additional value.

*Individually contribute as well as deliver through others and the collective team.
*Ensure team members are clear on their roles, responsibilities, and activities, while aligning with our high standards.
*Identify and pursue improvements in how projects are managed and run.
*Lead delivery of outcomes and find opportunities to deliver incremental value.
*Contribute to the culture and growth of Airwalk Reply through engagement with internal initiatives and involvement with bids, proposals, and proposition development.
*Develop your experience and expertise, pursuing training and mentoring opportunities appropriate to your ambitions and the needs of Airwalk and our clients.
*Promote and support the professional development of your colleagues through the sharing of knowledge and ideas.
About the candidate: *A bachelor’s degree (2.1 or higher) is required in IT, Computer Science or in a Technology-related field.
*Proven, hands-on technology project management and/or Agile delivery experience (candidates with longer careers are also actively encouraged to apply).
*Experience solving problems in complex, fast-paced, challenging environments.
*Proven, confident and credible communication, facilitation, and team leadership skills.
*Background in financial services or comparable sector experience.
*Experience in a client-facing consulting role is preferred.
