Job Description:
Do you have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service within a office environment and are looking for your next exciting opportunity?
Our fantastic client in Windsor are a leading Digital Healthcare firm that are continuing to grow and are looking for a great new Customer Service Advisor to join the team!
They are paying a salary of £23,800. The working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00-5:30pm and (37.5 hours a week) and they offer hybrid working after you complete your training! This will be 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities of the role:
*Corresponding with solicitors, claimants and medical experts via letter and email
*General administration such as issuing appointments
*Data-entry
*Diary work
*Answering incoming calls
*Making outgoing calls
*Instructing doctors to produce independent medical reports
*Ordering and processing medical records
*Arranging medical tests/investigations as required
Skills required for the role:
*Hard worker
*Organised and able to work on own initiatives
*Problem Solver
*Friendly and able to work well within a team
*1 year of transferable experience
*Good Communication skills, both written and verbal (English Language - Grade C or above)
