Job Description:
SEN Teacher for ASD
We seek a dedicated teacher with a passion for fostering both academic and personal growth in students. You’ll lead a tutor group, deliver engaging lessons, and contribute to a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Teach classes of 6-10 size classes of students with ASD including support.
*Provide pastoral care and monitor students’ progress.
*Collaborate with parents and staff.
*Create and maintain individualized educational plans.
*Teach across multiple key stages.
*Plan and deliver stimulating, differentiated lessons.
*Maintain high standards of literacy and numeracy.
*Manage classroom behavior and ensure student safety.
Qualifications and Skills:
*Ideally QTS, QTLS or PTTLS
*Strong organizational and communication skills.
*Ability to inspire and motivate students.
*Commitment to professional development and teamwork.
