APT Group Holdings, a specialist in medical and property developments, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join the team in a permanent position.
This B2C digital marketing role will focus on a range of digital activities, including SEO, social media, email, and paid channels. We’re looking for a candidate with experience in both driving brand awareness and building customer bases.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
Collaborate with the Content Lead to create engaging content for digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, blogs, websites).
Ensure content aligns with brand voice and enhances the user experience.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
Conduct keyword research and apply on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow social media presence across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Develop and execute targeted paid social media campaigns.
Email Marketing:
Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
Paid Advertising:
Plan and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta ads.
Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and optimize for maximum ROI.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Use data to improve future campaigns.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers when necessary.
Experience Required:
Educated to degree level.
At least 2 years of broad digital marketing experience.
Proven experience in content creation for blogs, emails, and social media.
Commercial marketing skills, including the ability to translate strategy into actionable briefs.
Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Role Details:
Office-based (5 days a week).
