Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
*Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
*Support classroom teachers in managing student behavior and promoting positive social interactions.
*Adapt and modify learning materials to meet the individual needs of students.
*Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
*Foster a safe and nurturing environment that encourages student engagement and learning.
Qualifications:
*Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.
