HR Business Partner / Brighton / Human Resources & Personnel
Client Details
An employer of choice based in the Brighton area are looking to recruit a full time HR Business Partner on a fixe term contract for a period of 12 months.
Description
As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
*Ensuring the company is following current policies and procedures in line with current legal requirements and regulations
*Checking end of year and probation reviews are completed by managers and providing additional support to the HR team when required
*Providing training and support to managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure the development of employees for the business
*Completing HR inductions for all new employees, as well as exit interviews and off-boarding procedures for leavers
*Training for Mental Health First Aiders, managers and all employees on mental health and wellbeing
*Investigating complaints and grievances when required
*Maintaining employee records and ensuring GDPR is adhered to at all times
*Sending emails and uploading posts on the company website to all employees to update them on company information
Profile
*CIPD or similar
*HR generalist knowledge
*Hybrid working
*Immediately available or shorter notice period
