About the Firm A well-respected firm of Insolvency Practitioners in Manchester is looking for a Graduate Trainee to join their specialist Property Receivership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated graduate with a finance-related degree to develop a career in property receivership, a key area within the insolvency and restructuring sector.
The Role As a Graduate Trainee Property Receivership Administrator, you will be trained to assist in the management of distressed property cases where lenders have appointed receivers to recover debts. You will gain hands-on experience working with a variety of property-related insolvency matters and develop expertise in managing assets and securing financial recoveries.
Key Responsibilities: *Assisting with the management of property receivership cases, ensuring smooth administration
*Supporting the appointment of receivers and coordinating with lenders, solicitors, and agents
*Conducting property and financial investigations to assess asset values and liabilities
*Liaising with tenants, property managers, and estate agents regarding rental income and property disposals
*Preparing reports, financial summaries, and case documentation
*Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
*Maintaining accurate case records and assisting with case progression
What We’re Looking For: *A recent graduate with a finance, accounting, business, or related degree
*A keen interest in insolvency, property, and asset management
*Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
