Job Description:
Business Development Manager
Are you a successful Sales Professional with a proven history (minimum of 5 years) of achieving and exceeding targets?
Can you generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking etc maximise these and follow through to closing sales and beyond?
Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills and naturally able to build rapport and relationships with customers and colleagues?
Are you driven with a can-do and progressive attitude?
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience with uncapped commission
Days / Hours: Monday to Friday 0830 - 1700 hours
Location: Remote Working (Home Based) Travel throughout your dedicated region is required, travel to head office in London or regional main offices would also be required.

About the role:
The Business Development Manager will work within the Sales Team to gain, develop, and manage new business prospects and convert into new contract wins. You will be responsible in forming and managing a new business opportunity pipeline. You will need to drive the sales activities within the company, which include, cold calling, prospecting, site surveys, tender responses, meetings, presentations all within given time specifications to meet and exceed client expectations.
You must hold a full valid drivers licence for this role.
