Job Description:
About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insolvency Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in insolvency to work within a supportive environment and gain exposure to a variety of cases, including Liquidations, Administrations, and Voluntary Arrangements.
Key Responsibilities: * Assisting with the management of insolvency cases from cradle to grave, including CVLs, MVLs, ADMs, and IVAs.
* Drafting and preparing statutory reports, notices, and correspondence with creditors and other stakeholders.
* Assisting with case investigations, including asset realisation, creditor claims, and financial analysis.
* Communicating with directors, creditors, and other professionals in a professional and timely manner.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant insolvency legislation and regulatory requirements.
* Attending and preparing documentation for meetings, including creditors’ meetings and decision procedures.
* Maintaining accurate case records and updating internal systems.
* Supporting senior team members with complex cases and tasks as required.
Key Requirements: * Previous experience in an insolvency role (1+ years preferred).
* Strong knowledge of insolvency procedures and relevant legislation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in using insolvency software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* CPI qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential.
