Finance Business Partner
Location: Birmingham City Centre
The business is looking to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner to be part of our small Financial Planning & Analysis team. The role will report directly to the Head of FP&A and work alongside a business analyst.
Role and Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
*Business partnering with key stakeholders to understand & develop their KPI reporting requirements both ad-hoc and on-going
*Business partnering with key stakeholders, supporting them in converting complex data into meaningful actions
*Maintain & further automate existing Power BI Reports
*Support the Head of FP&A in understanding & interpreting the data into meaningful narrative
*Support with modelling for the annual budgeting process & adhoc projects
*Improve monthly Finance reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet etc) in Sage Intacct
Key Skills & Experience
*ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent qualification
*Previous experience in a similar role
*High attention to detail & a problem solving mindset
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex/detailed concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
*Advanced excel modelling skills
*Essential - Advanced Expertise in Power BI, DAX, and PowerQuery
