JOB - Project Manager
LOCATION - Maidenhead
TERM - Permanent
SALARY - £50,000 to £60,000 per annum (plus benefits)

Premier Engineering is working with a well-established engineering company based in Maidenhead that is looking to hire a mechanically biased Project Manager. Experience in the water industry is beneficial for this role.

The Project Manager will ideally have the following attributes:
*A degree or qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (BEng, MEng, HND, HNC, etc.).
*Strong mechanical engineering background with proven project management experience.
*Experience managing projects from design to installation and commissioning.
*Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication, and mechanical systems.
*Experience in the water industry or related sectors is beneficial.
*Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively.
*Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
*Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make critical project decisions.
*Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
The Project Manager role will involve:
*Leading and managing mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.
*Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
*Working closely with design, manufacturing, and installation teams.
*Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
*Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
*Identifying and resolving technical and project-related challenges.
*Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards.
*Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes.
