Job Role:
As an Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be tasked for carrying out reactive, preventative, and proactive maintenance for all equipment on site.
Typical Duties will involve:
*Carrying out repairs and maintenance of all equipment on site, Providing reactive and preventative maintenance (PPM’s)
*CNC and PLC fault finding
*Attending to machinery breakdowns, fault finding processing equipment.
*General onsite maintenance as and when required.
*Working effectively alone as well as part of a team of engineers onsite.
*Support the maintenance team with upcoming critical construction and infrastructure projects.
*Working with Pneumatics and Hydraulics
Desirable experience
*Have to have a relevant Engineering qualification (electrical)
*Experience as a participant or facilitator in RCM, FMEA, TPM and other maintenance programs / methodologies.
*Have to be experienced in a face passed manufacturing environment.
*Casting Furnaces,
*Large Hydraulic Roberts
*Electronic Robots,
*Automated systems,Wax Injection Moulding Machines,
*Compressors, EDM
*CNC milling machines
*Inspection equipment
*Lighting and component inspection equipment.
*Follow up actions to be performed will include replacement or repair of: electrical & electronic components, switches, proximity and limit switches, and machine safety guards.
