Based with an investor backed high growth consultancy reporting directly to the CEO and Founder, the successful candidate will oversee all day to day financial and will work closely with the senior leadership on strategic reporting and business planning to set the direction and achieve future business growth. The individual will have the opportunity to both grow and shape the role across all finance and operations functions. The role is part-time, 50-60% FTE working across 4 days with one day in the London office.
Your Key Responsibilities will Include:

• Financial processes, cashflows and reporting (monthly, quarterly and annually)
• Company compliance with employment, tax and company laws
• Providing strategic and proactive support and advice to the leadership team on trends, scenario and business planning
• Working with leadership team to monitor budgets, invoicing and cash collection
• Reviewing all Finance processes and systems to optimise workflows
• Preparing financial forecasts and analysis
Required experience and skillset:
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Well organised and have effective time management skills
• Have great communication skills
