Job Title: Graduate Trainee Insolvency Administrator
Location: Warrington

Job Overview:
As a Graduate Trainee Insolvency Administrator, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of insolvency processes while working closely with experienced professionals. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with an interest in accountancy, finance, or business who is looking to build a long-term career in the insolvency industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the administration of insolvency cases, including Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs), Administrations, and Bankruptcy proceedings.
* Preparing reports, letters, and statutory documentation in line with insolvency regulations.
* Liaising with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information and provide updates.
* Investigating company affairs, reviewing financial statements, and identifying potential asset recoveries.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.
* Providing general administrative support to the insolvency team.
* Attending meetings and assisting in the preparation of reports for clients and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, or a related field (or equivalent qualifications/experience).
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
* A proactive and professional approach with a willingness to learn.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Prior experience in an office environment or finance-related role (desirable but not essential).
