Technical Warranty Administrator

Hours of work - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, 8am to 4pm
6 months temporary position - with the potential to extend or go permanent
Hourly rate - £15.07
Location - Havant

Our client has an exciting temporary opportunity at their Havant site.

Are you an experienced Warranty Specialist?, if so our client has an exciting temporary opportunity at their Havant site. The role is varied with a mixture of technical and administration duties.

Duties to include but not limited to:

Administration -
- Processing claims, raising shipping documents and shipping orders out.
Technical
- Learning about the product, strip down of products and understanding the issues and doing reports - The products will include hydraulic valves/motors.

Role requirements:

* Detailed experience of working within a similar position within customer service, production or a workshop, ideally supported by a relevant qualification or appropriate experience within mechanics or mechatronics
* Working in an international environment
* Stakeholder / Customer management skills
* Enthusiasm to acquire knowledge about new technologies and products
* Strong motivation, a passion for mechanics and problem-solving
* Knowledge of hydraulics would be advantageous
* Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
