Plater required for an established engineering company based in Ripley. Plater must b confident in producing bespoke orders for the Nuclear, MOD and food industries.
Plater Job Description -
*Confident working from complex engineering drawings
*Marking out and cutting material, producing weld preps where required, drilling and tack welding into complete assemblies.
*Working with stainless, aluminium and duplex
*Working with gauges 1.5mm - 60mm
*General house-keeping
*Working with engineering machinery including fabrication machinery drills, power and hand tools
Plater Essential Experience -
*Apprentice or City and Guilds Qualified
*Previous coding’s
Plater Package -
*Up to £36500 per annum
*Day shifts - Monday - Thursday 0730 - 1630 Friday - 0730 - 1230
*33 days holiday including bank holidays
*Onsite parking
*Overtime paid at a premium
*Permanent role
