Field Service Engineer – White Goods
Location: Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire
Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professionals to diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of white goods in both residential and commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
-Diagnose faults and repair washing machines, washer-dryers, tumble dryers, ovens, hobs, cookers, and dishwashers.
- Follow strict company guidelines for daily calibration and testing of equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Keep diagnostic tools and information databases up to date with the latest software applications.
- Provide clear instructions and post-repair advice to customers, helping to prevent future faults and extend appliance lifespan.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Gas Safe (CKR1) certification – required for engineers working with gas appliances.
- F-Gas (Category 1) qualification – required for refrigeration work (if applicable).
- Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing white goods.
- Manufacturer training or accreditation (preferred but not essential).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK driving license.
