Job Description:
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a hybrid, part-time role? This opportunity with a leading healthcare organisation could be the perfect fit!
Our client is seeking an HR Advisor to join their team, providing a comprehensive HR service to managers and employees. You’ll ensure policies, processes, and frameworks support a highly engaged and high-performing workforce.
This permanent, part-time role starts in April offering a salary of up to £36,000 (pro rata) plus excellent benefits. The work pattern is flexible and open for discussion, with hybrid working available after training (1-2 days onsite, as needed). Working hours ideally 30 hours per week.
In the role of HR Advisor, you’ll be responsible for:
*Guide and support managers in consistent, legally compliant people management.
*Handle employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and flexible working.
*Manage the HR inbox, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation.
*Assist the Head of People in delivering the HR strategy.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
*Prior experience in a HR Advisor role, beneficial to have within the healthcare sector or a high-compliance environment.
*Experience managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
*Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
*Supporting performance management and learning & development initiatives.
*CIPD level 5 qualification (or working towards).

As HR Advisor, you’ll support the Head of People in driving the organisation’s growth and HR policies. Seamlessly handling the HR process from policies to training and development, you’ll be at ease working on multiple projects at once and have a keen eye for detail.
