Receptionist Responsibilities:
*Provide first-class receptionist services, acting as the first point of contact for all visitors
*Ensure all visitors have a positive experience, delivering a memorable service and visitor journey
*Notify colleagues of visitors, ensuring they are checked in and out
*Answer incoming calls, direct calls as appropriate and relay messages when necessary
*Handle administration tasks, which include handling post, ordering stationery, and filing documents
*Keep a clear and professional working environment, ensuring the reception is a welcoming area
*Organise food and drinks for meetings and ensure meeting and conference rooms are prepared
Receptionist Skills and Experience:
*Considerable experience as a Receptionist or Administrator is essential
*Professional in your approach with an excellent telephone manner
*A natural people-person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Versatile, happy to take on ad-hoc tasks where necessary
*Strong organisation skills, able to prioritise
*IT literate, confident user of Outlook, Teams, and Word
