This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to gain hands-on experience in a high-performing primary school. As a KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with under-achieving pupils, providing tailored support to help them catch up and reach their full potential. You will assist with both 1:1 and small group interventions, working under the guidance of class teachers to reinforce learning, improve outcomes, and boost confidence.
The school is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic graduate who:
*Holds a degree (any subject, though education-related is desirable).
*Has a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their academic progress.
