Newcastle City Centre/Hybrid
£35,000 - £40,000
Daily Duties: *Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
*Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and implement infrastructure projects, including system upgrades and new technology deployments.
*Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
*Incident Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
*Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures to support ongoing operations and audits.
Tech Stack: *Operating Systems: Windows Server,
*Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure.
*Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V.
*Networking: Cisco technologies, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
*Storage Solutions: SAN, NAS systems.
