Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Oldbury
Are you an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next opportunity? A welcoming school in Oldbury is seeking a dedicated HLTA to join their team full-time after the Easter break. This is a fantastic role that offers variety and the chance to make a meaningful impact across different year groups.

This full-time HLTA role is split across the week:
* 3 days as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, delivering lessons and covering classes across the school

* 2 days supporting as a Teaching Assistant, working closely with pupils and staff to provide classroom support and targeted interventions

You’ll work alongside teaching staff to ensure consistent, high-quality learning experiences, supporting children with a range of academic needs while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Level 4 or equivalent)

* Experience delivering lessons and supporting in primary classrooms

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage pupils effectively

* Adaptability and a proactive approach to classroom support

* A positive attitude and commitment to supporting children’s progress
