The Ideal Candidate
We seek a commercially driven leader with:
*Proven senior leadership experience in manufacture (manufacturing, manufacturing service, OEM), engineering or a related sector.
*Knowledge of the electrical engineering sector would be highly desirable.
*Strong track record in sales, business development, and strategy.
*Financial acumen, including cost control and forecasting.
*Expertise in managing complex projects and ensuring compliance.
*Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
