About the Role:

This role involves working within the SEN alternative resource provision, supporting a small class of 5-6 early years pupils with complex special educational needs (SEN). These children have high-level needs, requiring tailored support to thrive academically and socially. Key Responsibilities:
*Provide individualised support to pupils with complex SEN, including physical disabilities, sensory impairments, speech and language difficulties, and behavioural concerns.
*Assist in the development and implementation of personalised learning plans.
*Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
*Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and other educational professionals to ensure effective delivery of educational programs.
*Monitor and report on pupils’ progress and adapt strategies as needed.
*Support pupils in developing social skills and managing their behaviours.
