Description
*Oversee and manage all tax and treasury operations within the organisation.
*Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
*Implement strategic tax planning initiatives to optimise the organisation’s tax position.
*Manage cash flow and liquidity of the organisation.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with external tax and treasury advisors.
*Prepare and present tax and treasury reports to senior management.
*Identify and implement process improvements within the tax and treasury functions
Profile
A successful Tax & Treasury Manager should have:
*Relevant educational qualifications in Tax, Finance, or a related field.
*Profound knowledge of corporate tax issue and the ability to develop new technical skills .
*Proficiency in strategic tax planning and process improvements.
*Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
