*Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to discuss their child’s progress.
*Implement behavioural strategies that align with our ethos of understanding and patience.
We’re Looking For: *Individuals with a deep passion for education and a special focus on special educational needs.
*Experience in similar SEN roles or positions where your skills are transferable.
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*Required DBS check or the commitment to process one.
