Job Description:
Are you an experienced insolvency professional looking to step up into an Assistant Manager role? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing restructuring and recovery team, where you’ll be involved in a wide variety of advisory and insolvency assignments.
The Role As Assistant Manager in Restructuring & Recovery, you will:
* Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, ensuring timely and compliant progression.
* Oversee casework from planning through to completion, providing tailored advice to stakeholders.
* Supervise and review work of junior staff, offering feedback and on-the-job training.
* Support in delivering independent business reviews and other advisory projects.
* Liaise with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
* Prepare case reviews, statutory documents, and reports for senior managers and partners.
* Assist with WIP, billing and debtor management on client cases.
* Represent the firm at client meetings and networking events.
About You The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in corporate insolvency and advisory assignments (administrations, liquidations, business reviews).
* Strong knowledge of insolvency rules and statutory requirements.
* Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
* Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ideally CPI qualified (or working towards).
