Are you an organised, detail-driven professional with a strong understanding of exam regulations and data management? We are seeking an experienced Exams Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of internal and external examinations across a dynamic secondary school setting.
Key Responsibilities*Oversee the full exams cycle, including entries, timetabling, rooming, invigilation, and results
*Ensure compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations
*Manage and train a team of invigilators
*Liaise with curriculum leaders, SEN staff, and external agencies to ensure appropriate access arrangements
Person Specification*Proven experience in exams administration or data management within education
*Strong working knowledge of JCQ regulations and exam board procedures
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Proficiency in MIS systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor) and Excel
*Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and must demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
