They have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Perms Recruitment Consultant to join their team. You’ll be responsible for growing and developing your client base and working closely with businesses to understand their permanent recruitment needs.
They want to hire someone who shares their passion for meeting client needs and delivering a top-notch customer service experience. You’ll need to be tenacious in this sales-driven environment, and it goes without saying that you should love meeting people and building relationships.

A proven track record of success is essential, from delivering consistent results to developing and maintaining productive, long-term business relationships. You should be self-motivated and professional, with strong communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with clients at all levels, from Line Managers to Board Directors. You’ll be focused, driven, and looking at this opportunity as a long-term prospect.
A full UK Driving licence is essential.
