Job Description:
Our client, a well established professional services business with an expanding employee benefits arm, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Associate Employee Benefits Consultant into their team.
Responsibilities:
*You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients
*You will build relationships with insurers and contacts within clients
*Candidates will also support more experienced consultants on larger clients to develop and expand your experience and knowledge.
*You will support in some areas of administrative work for clients but also seek to delegate this to the broader team.
Experience:
*Candidates need to come from an employee benefits background and have experience with Corporate pensions or Group Healthcare or Group Risk schemes including GPP’s, Group Private Medical insurance, Group Risk and flexible benefit schemes.
*Candidates will ideally hold professional qualifications although this is not essential.
*Client facing experience is preferred and ideally experience of dealing with a range of SME and Corporate clients.
*Experience in presenting or comfortable presenting to clients is preferred.
In return our client is looking to offer a competitive basic salary depending on experience as well as an excellent company benefits package including hybrid working, enhanced pension and holidays etc.
