Join my clients dynamic team at a leading Facilities Management company.
Salary: £48,000 + plenty of overtime
Location: Static, large commercial site
Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
* Responsibilities:
*Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
*Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to minimise downtime.
*Conduct preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of electrical equipment and systems, including: transformers, Circuit breakers, distribution boards/panels and HVAC power supply.
*Collaborate with the wider team to carry out electrical projects, upgrades, and minor installation works
*Stay current with industry standards, codes, and regulations, ensuring compliance in all electricalmaintenance activities.
*Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports.
Requirements:
*NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
*17th or 18th edition
