About the Role*Lead and manage a team of 4 Shift Engineers plus on-site contractors.
*Hands-on support with PPMs and reactive maintenance.
*Oversee electrical fault finding, automation, control panels, and single/three-phase motors.
*Manage maintenance programs, reporting, and performance targets.
*Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and collaborate closely with production teams.
*Drive continuous improvement and support on-site projects.
What We’re Looking For*City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical/Electro-Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
*Strong experience with Shire/Piranha maintenance software.
*Excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in engineering maintenance.
*In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety (COSHH, risk assessments, etc.).
*Passion for continuous improvement.
