Customer Service Advisor
Location: Welshpool
Salary: up to £24,000 per annum

Main duties: Handle appointments to replace tracking units in France either by scheduling engineer visits or supporting customers who are replacing the units themselves.
The role:
- Arrange appointments ensuring timely follow-ups and provide support as needed
- Process customer replacements
- Ensure units are correctly configured and working
- Ensure all information is recorded accurately
- Use relevant software as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and installers
- Report any issues to management when necessary
- Any additional tasks as required
The candidate:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) a benefit but not a requirement
- Experience in customer service a bonus
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer focused with a high attention to details
- Good IT skills
