We’re working with a well-established and ambitious agency that’s experiencing continued growth and success in the local market. As part of their expansion, they’re now looking to appoint a Sales Manager to join their dynamic team near Loughton.
Working days:
As a Sales Manager, you will be required to work 5 days per week.
Salary package on offer:
*Competitive basic salary DOE
*Excellent commission structure
*Office and personal commission
*Quarter bonuses if targets are met

Sales Manager requirements:
*Management Experience
*Team player
*Ambitious and highly driven
*Clean driving licence & own vehicle
The role of a Sales Manager will involve the following:
*Successfully negotiate offers
*Drive the business forward by offering excellent customer service
*Registering customers
*Booking and attending market appraisals
*Matching requirements & arranging viewings
*Calling out new properties
*Overseeing a small team
*Setting KPI’s for the team
