Salary : Circa £60,000 + bonus (dependant on qualification and experience).

The Firm
Our client law firm based in Potters Bar is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to come and join them full-time.
They are a Property based law firm with existing client base and considerable repeat business, together with referrals and recommendations.


The Candidate
Ideally the successful Residential Property Solicitor must 5+ yrs pqe and be able to work unsupervised and who can handle high volume Residential Conveyancing.
Good organisational skills and able to work under pressure.
Understand the importance of keeping clients informed and updated and communicating with other solicitors and the estate agents.
Will be working alone with paralegal support but as part of a team with the other Residential Property Conveyancers across the firm.
