chef de partie required for a private members club in London, this is 4 day week and off weekends, 40 hrs contract, with 3 single shifts and one should, one of the single shifts is daytime 8am to 5pm. You will work 4 days per week during the weekday, with one weekday off and your weekend off. You will also be off at Christmas and get paid overtime over 40 hrs. The chef de partie is £33,600 with WEEKENDS OFF and a 4 day week.




The role
As a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, on your early shift you will cover breakfast and lunch, and the other days its be evening service. This is a fresh food kitchen and of a good standard. This role will include all the standard chef de partie duties




Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background, able to hold down a section and be able to work on own when needed as well. The chef wants on time chefs - good time keeping needed, this is really important and the chef also wants chefs with a high level of personal hygiene, being a prestigious club, the hygiene levels are very important
