Operations Manager required for a global brand based in central Birmingham. This is a key role in this flagship store, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the highest standards across all the operational areas of the store.
*Lead all store operations including stockroom, cash desk, and compliance.
*Manage inventory flow, replenishment, and visual standards.
*Coaching & team development.
*Lead from the front and inspire the store team to achieve and drive results.
*Drive operational KPis
*Champion health & safety and operational best practice
*Commercially aware with a proven record of achieving results.
*Good knowledge of systems and IT skills.
