Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year (plus benefits)

Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Handler, you will manage a portfolio of clients, provide high-quality service and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


*Client Portfolio Management: Act as the first point of contact for your clients, handling queries efficiently and maintaining strong professional relationships.
*Customer Service: Deliver consistent, tailored advice and support to meet client needs as an Account Handler.
*Policy Administration: Ensure accurate records and documentation are maintained in line with company and regulatory standards.
*Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to provide seamless service and support across the client portfolio.


Essential Skills & Knowledge:
*Proven experience in a Commercial Account Handling role.
*Excellent knowledge of cross class commercial insurance products.
*Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
*Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
*Confident communicator with resilience to handle a variety of client situations.
*Commitment to honesty, integrity, and compliance in a regulated environment.
